Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for transit. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders may be canceled at any time before processing begins. Once an order begins processing, we are no longer able to cancel an order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@doorshopstock.com as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

DoorShopStock is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
