To initiate a return, please email support@doorshopstock.com and include your order number.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange your product or provide you with a refund.

  1. Products are only eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

  3. To initiate a return, please email support@doorshopstock.com and include your order number. Please share your reason for returning the product and share any pictures or a video of the product that support your reason. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping.

  4. Upon receiving your package, your products will be examined to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. Once approved, a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved. Please allow up to two weeks following the arrival of your return for your refund to be issued to your original method of payment.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders may be canceled at any time before processing begins. Once an order begins processing, we are no longer able to cancel an order.
